Kohley’s Superior Water & Propane has been a dedicated provider of quality water conditioning systems and propane services for West Michigan’s residents and businesses since 1957. Formerly Kohley’s EcoWater Systems, Kohley’s went through a name change in the fall of 2010 to include both the water and propane aspects of their business.
Results
• Water and propane sales when up 10% between June 2010 and July 2011.
• Within 15 minutes of the new website going live, Kohley’s had an inquiry
from a business looking for an office water system.
• Also, since the launch of the new site, Kohley’s has received purchase
inquiries from a variety of states including Hawaii.
• Over 100 customers signed up to either receive online statements
via email or auto pay from their checking account, all within
the first month of implementing online bill pay.
