Organization Type: Convention & Visitors Bureau for Muskegon County area and attractions

The Muskegon CVB is dedicated to promoting tourism in our area by featuring our sugar sand beaches, waterfront parks, recreation/activities and attractions such as Michigan’s Adventure Amusement and Water Park. Muskegon County is West Michigan’s lakeshore gem that attracts visitors from all over our own state as well as from neighboring states. The result of these marketing efforts has had a positive community and economic impact.

Muskegon County now competes as one of the top five tourism destinations in the State of Michigan and has joined the ranks of other top destinations like Traverse City, Mackinaw Island, Detroit and others. The Muskegon CVB and downtown Muskegon also hosted their first National Convention in May of 2011.
FineLine created and launched a new tourism campaign that reflected a new and more upscale brand and approach to attracting visitors to our area. Since 2005, we’ve invited people to “Experience the Lake Effect” which focuses on our area’s unique experiences through photography that captures peoples’ emotions and adventures during a visit to our area.
