Kohley’s Superior Water & Propane has provided quality water conditioning systems and propane services for West Michigan since 1957. We began the relationship by transitioning traditional efforts (print ads & yellow pages) into online advertising tactics.
Kohley’s rebrand led to a complete facelift including exterior signage, vehicle graphics, website development and stationery. Seven years later, the annual plan includes website maintenance, monthly email campaigns, social media management, ongoing search engine optimization (SEO), trade show promotions, targeted direct mail, and much more.
With a new website in place, we created custom landing pages to work hand-in-hand with Kohley’s Google Adwords campaigns resulting in substantially improved new user traffic. We also developed a landing page for targeted Facebook ad campaigns. This resulted in an increase of Facebook awareness, page engagement, and traffic to the website.
We developed a website using responsive web design and improved customer experience. Users are now able to preorder products and easily engage with the company. Attention was also given to Search Engine Optimization and ongoing maintenance.

These efforts include geo-targeted postcards utilizing the USPS's Every Door Direct Mail option. ROI is enhanced by a simultaneous digital campaign with correlating messaging and targeting.
